ITV and Ch4 Pixellation

I am unable to watch either ITV or Ch4 due to pixellation.  This has been going on for a while.  I rebooted the box which didn't help.  I tried to retune channels but couldn't follow the instructions on Virgin Media as I was unable to find Help & Settings on my screen.  Is there an easy way to fix this?

    You cannot manually retune cable TV boxes. These retune automatically when Virgin updates the transmission configuration, which is the only time it is needed on closed cable TV systems.

    What you have is a signal issue due to a problem with the wiring or connections on your property. Virgin do not monitor directly anything downstream of the street cabinet, so you need to either ring 150 from a Virgin phone (0345 454 1111 from others) & follow the faults route, or wait here a few days for a forum team response. More than likely this will require a technician visit to resolve your issue.
