How do I return my equipment after disconnection

Can anyone tell me how/where to send my equipment back after disconnection? 
I thought virgin would send me packaging and instructions? 
There has been no communication about this and now I can’t access my account any longer. 
move been disconnected for 3 weeks

    They should send you packaging. A VM staff member will get to your post in a day or two.

    Hi JoolyB 

    Have you received your Final Bill yet?   VM don't usually send out the returns packaging until then.

    Also, what equipment  do you have as not all equipment needs returning?   You can check < here > 

    You posted in the tivo forum so as per the above linked page, if you do have the older tivo box then it doesn't need returning.

    There are links on the above page to request returns packaging if still needed
