HELP tivo box no longer supports netflix

hello my sons tivo box is stating THIS TIVO BOX NO LONGER SUPPORTS NETFLIX AND TO GET IN TOUCH FOR A FREE UPGRADE.we have two v6 boxs in other rooms and they work fine how do i go about getting in touch with the relivant dept to arrange this please preferably online many thanks

    I've moved your post from the "chatter & natter" forum which is not generally staff-monitored.

    If you already have V6, then VM should be offering you a free box-swap of the TiVo into a V6 - via a website link or whatever other comms they have sent you. Be very careful if you contact, there have been previous posts of customers in your scenario, where VM have instead converted your entire account to TV360 which is a completely different (and unnecessary unless you want it) change.

      many thanks for your reply i havent recieved any contact from virgin email etc just what its stating on my sons tv?was going to phone them tommorow but now dont know if i should why the hell do they make it so hard to resolve
