Green Screen

can someone help, i can't talk at all my screen has gone green can i book a visit on here pls? steve

  • If you can't talk you will need to wait for one of the forum team to respond which might take 2 to 3 days.

    You can also try using the chat option through your account or you can also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.

    Can't say how good those options are as I haven't used them.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system nor a direct line to VM.
