external cable box

Hi there,

i’m enquiring about having the external  cable box repaired. The cover has come away and the wires and cable are exposed. There is also an old cable that I believe the original engineer cut and 'tucked in' to the cable box, that is now loose.

Would it be possible to arrange for an engineer to take a look before the weather turns and damage occurs?
