Vulnerable pensioner left with no landline
My 87 year old Nans landline has been down since a power cut in the area since yesterday. This is her only means of communication. Spent over an hour on a phone to someone who could not help in any way. Rang again and managed to get an engineer sent out but not until 2 days time. Meanwhile my nan who lives alone now has no way of contacting anyone if she was to have an accident. Its not good enough
