Voicemail cancellation

Hello

can someone please help me cancel the voicemail on my virgin landline?

tried phoning virgin customer services

tried using the digital assistant 

both no good

if I wasn’t bald id be pulling my hair out

      Please can you tell me how to cancel my virgin landline voicemail too? I don't need it as I have a separate answer machine.

      There's no information on 1571 on how to do it and the website link takes me to an O2 mobile phone voicemail page 😞
