Virgin Media Voicemail - landline

I would like to change the number of rings on my landline before the voicemail kicks in.  At present it is set at 10 rings which is too long and people just hang up.  I would like to change it to 5 rings please?  I have tried contacting Virgin Media by the live chat but waited for hours and couldn't get through.  I also tried phoning but they are saying my memorable word is wrong, which it isn't and I don't know what to do next.  Help would be much appreciated, thanks.
