Unable to call VM landline number from 3 mobile number

Hello Please can someone tell me how I can book an engineer to come and look at my mums landline?    I have been unable to make calls from my mobile to a specific landline number in Langley Vale....

Sounds more like a blocking feature on the landline phone than a VM line problem.

Panasonic phones can block calls from individual numbers and from certain area code prefixes.

Check the Panasonic phone and see if any blocking features are enabled.
