Transfer BT phone number to Virginmedia - Reprise

Following my earlier message I started a Private Message conversation to resolve the problem.

However, the messages stopped in the middle of the conversation and there has been no response for ~ 15 hours. Consequently I do not know what is happening.

Is there any way I can reactivate this.

    Sorry, you haven't had a reply since you last sent one.

    We do work alternate shifts on our community, and the agent you were speaking to via a private message may have finished late last night and will be back again today.
