Telephone switchover to fibre

I had an email recently advising phone switchover will happen on Saturday 15 Feb (South Cambridgeshire), but so far no adapter has been received to connect phone to the cable modem... Chat won't handle questions about phones, and calling 150 doesn't give any suitable options to actually ask someone about this. Hoping I can get some form of reply here!
