Request to switch to digital voice

Does anyone if it's possible to request to be switched to digital voice before being invited?  The reason I ask is that I will shortly be undertaking a decorating project which will involve installing new flooring and skirting boards.  It would be nice to be able to get rid of the cables clipped to the skirting boards before starting.  I would hate to have to deal with them during the project, only to then have to remove them afterwards.

    Hi RCC49 👋.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and thank you for query about being switched early. This is not something that we actively do, each customer is treated on a case by case basis, should you wish to remove your existing phone line and as a result it is not possible to install a new phoneline, then you will be switched.
