now the phones dead

had no email since july (despite promises that it will be working in a couple of days) now my phone  stopped working 2 days ago, an online check says its fine but tells me my broadband and tv are not working .

 will be glad when my contract is up.

had countless repair tickets of virgin the last one was 15th of august telling me all will be good in less than a week.

    I'd like to have a look at everything for you and get you back to how it should be.
