Hi Thanks for the quick response. At the moment it’s just one I know of who has tried calling our landline for 2 days. She came to our house and called our landline several times from her EE mobile and got the number not recognised message. I did get this message calling from my O2 mobile a couple of times but it was ok when I tried a second time.

I know you mentioned you can call from the phone but to clarify can you call the EE phone and does it show the correct number when you do?
Hi sorry I can’t try that at the moment as she has left our house. She couldn’t call us from her Plusnet landline. I believe these are both BT so could be a BT to VM issue. My exchange is 01322
No problem Shards are you able to try calling the friend and seeing whether or not the call goes through with the correct number at a suitable time and pop back to us?
