NO landline and can`t contact Virgin Media
0121 505 -Wednesbury, West Midlands area. Have had no landline all evening Saturday 17th February 2024. No calls can be connected when receiving calls and no dial tone to phone out.

I am so sorry that you are facing issues with your landline, I have taken a look and I can see there is an outage in the area currently due to be fixed today, 18th of February at 4pm.
Are you able to let us know how things are looking after this time?
