No dial tone on the landline. Calling the number goes to VM voicemail.

Using an old-style phone socket that is not connected to a hub.

Switched phones to test -  it's not the phone. Issue confirmed on both cordless and wired phones. Same issue, no dial tone.

Service status online says everything is fine.

    I'd like to investigate this for you.
