Need to reset email to link up my virgin account

but I don’t have access to the email and can’t verify what do I do

    I guess thats why VM wanted people to get a 3rd party Email was because if you use web base Email in order to do the link up my virgin account they send you a Email which if you did not do the 3rd party Email for your account the Email to verify is to your VM Email! unless you use Thunderbird to get your Email.
