Mum’s Extortionate Monthly Bill

Hi

I have authority to speak regarding Mum’s account and realise my 87 year old mother is paying £80.87 for her internet and landline.  I have her name and account number.  She is on a limited income and needs this substantially reduced.

Can someone help please?

    You might get a better deal out of them, but it will tie you into a 2 year contract. If you don't  want that look to downgrade the BB and phone services.

    If she's on any income related benefits she may qualify for the below, which involves no contract. https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/low-income-families

    Or alternatively leave VM for a cheaper provider, you should be able to take the phone no with you.
