Landline Voicemail unusable

I am having the exact same issues as another VM landline voicemail user in the forum.

My landline voicemail is unusable. It saves messages from callers but I cannot access them and no my mailbox is almost full.

More often that not it will ignore any key pressing options and all menus are un-accessible.

Can I ask how I get someone at VM to deal with this asap please? It has been like this for several weeks.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline voicemail at the moment. 

    If your landline is currently via your router, please could you try to reboot your router to help clear the issues?

        I am afraid the reset has not solved my landline voicemail issues. The menu options still do not register and I still cannot listen to or delete/archive any messages.

        Can you suggest how this can be resolved asap?

  • Can someone please get back to me to resolve this issue?

    I was told last week that the technical team would be in touch within 24-48 hours......still waiting and still can't use voicemail!
