Landline voicemail not working

Hi,

just started a new contract - voicemail seems to have stopped working, not sure if it has been turned off, if I'm still allowed the free version?

    Welcome back to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your voicemail concerns. Do you have another answerphone/voicemail machine enabled on your handset or other third party equipment? 

    If not, can you please advise what happens when you call yourself and try to leave a voicemail? Or is it just that you're not able to access the voicemails that are left?

      Hi,

      no other answerphone, just a very basic handset.

      I tried calling from my mobile to it, and it just rings - I let it go to at least 20 rings, and it just keeps ringing without the voicemail picking up.
