Landline takes 20 seconds to connect

Morning all  

I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems  after the phone switchover   every time i make a call it is taking  roughly  20 seconds before it  starts ringing / connecting to the numbers i call

    Does the delay persist even when the full number is dialled i.e dial the area code + the number ?

    Sorry to see you are having issues with your landline, taking 20 seconds to connect ☹.

    Please can you confirm is this with all the numbers or just the one number?

    Does this also happen when people try to dial out to yourself?

      Yes this is with every call I make from the landlines
