Landline down

Hi My Virgin landline is not working, no dial tone and no one can ring in.

I have reported this to Virgin but I can't make the understand that, this is not a home problem.

My entire street who have a virgin landline do not have any service either.

How do I make them understand that it is a fault with the supply and not in our homes.

The service status says " no known problems"

  • I have exactly the same problem......infuriating when they insist there isn't a problem.  I am in Enfield.....can I ask if you are?
