Landline Cant Receive Calls

    Issue has been resolved by removing Virgins BT to RJ11 adapter and using my own RJ11 to RJ11 cable.

    An issue which could surely have been easily avoided had Virgin simply supplied an RJ11 cable instead of an adapter. Or the engineer stayed long enough to test that things like the phone and that im able to log into the router config page...
