Landline - Not ringing going straight to voicemail

Haven't received a phone call since switching to router. It seems that all calls have been going straight to voicemail without ringing.

 

Can make calls without any problem. If I make a call it is then possible to receive calls for a short time before the service reverts to going straight to voicemail.

Called 150 for help - but seems to be unmanned.

    Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your landline, I would like to go about looking into this with you, for me to do so I will need to confirm some information from you in a private message.

      Took a few days to get around to it, but Engineer did something to the Router settings abd everything has been working perfectly since then so fingers crossed all good now.
