Inappropriate agent

I recently had an agent visit my door, I was busy at the time and he took my number and said he would call the next day.

 

The next day I received a text messages from a number I didn't recognise asking me where I was located, I queried who was messaging me and when they responded they said the found my number on a website which when I googled it turned out to be a website advertising escort services.

I later confirmed the number was your agents when i located the card  he left the previous day.

I find this to be extremely inappropriate that one of your agents messaged me this. I was considering switching to virgin but this has understandably put me off. 

I was unable to find a place to make a complaint regarding this behaviour and would appreciate assistance.
