How do I know if I can use a digital phone with my Hub 5

My landline has major quality issues and has been made worse since the cable to the socket inside has been inadvertently cut whilst removing ivy from around the Virgin entry point box :o(

    Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

    Towards the end of last year we stopped proactively upgrading our traditional lines to the fibre line.

    The way it kind of works now is, If your landline develops a fault, we would arrange for an engineer to attend and the engineer would look at upgrading the line as a way of fixing the issue.

    Would you like us to arrange for an engineer to visit and help with the cut cable.
