This has just appeared as a charge on my elderly mum's account, even though she doesn't remember signing up for it. Is there any way we can get this removed that doesn't involve a phone call? She's fairly deaf and struggles with call centres.
If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.
That's what I'm hoping, I find this a good alternative to the dreaded call centres :)
