Help With Landline?
For the past week, no one has been able to contact us with our landline
Phone rings, we lift the handset, it stops ringing; however, it just continues to ring on other persons phone.
We have tried two different types of phones on our end; however, the result is the same.
The line is copper wire, directly into our phone
The Virgin app says no problems in our area with the phone?
