Elderly vulnerable customer no landline for over a week

My parents are both elderly and one extremely vulnerable they have had no landline for over a week and need an engineer to go out but there is no way of requesting this .. if anything happens god forbid they are not going to be able to call for help

      I tried DM / WhatsApp and got a virtual assistant which was no use whatsoever …. I do not have virgin personally so if there is another way of contacting you please let me know
