Digital phone problems after switchover
On Monday the 6th we had our digital switchover
The engineer arrived and set up the digital phone line while providing a back-wire adapter.
It was fine for a few days but yesterday and today the phone-line will not work for hours at a time.There is no dialling tone at times and on other occasions a 'beeping' noise can be heard when you lift the handset. It eventually will work again however it is frustrating and not ideal.
I have checked the Hub and the internet is working as normal.It does not indicate a problem with the phone-line.
Can you advise?
