1571 free but virgin media wants to scam me .

i rang up 3rd july 2024  1571 with 12 rings due to age needed delay on answer phone starting .
was on phone 40 mins why 150 helped .

 

now head in toilet moments . 3rd july ordered  . no email to verify ordered or any orders on www. site showing order.

said wait 24 hours and be on ..

 

4th july tested not there . was not happy fogged off say we ordered u 12 rings delay but confused over rings 

as i never had 1571 on line .!!!! so who works on ordering  .. no service but orders 12 rings delay .

i went in to melt down  WHY ME WHY ..

i order again wait 24 hours .

tested and now the £2.25 was asked WE WANT £2.25 for a FREE 1571 SERVICE A MONTH .

on hold come back its free the ordering computer press wrong details no SORRY.

so ordered again .

 

and 3rd july to 12th july 2024 WE HAVE NO RECORD ON MY ACCOUNT TO ANY 1571 FREE ANSWER PHONE ORDERED .

 

I RECORD ALL ORDERING CALLS SO I PROOF OF ORDERING .

VIRGIN MEDIA IS AWERE OF RECORDING . BUT  STILL SAY I NEVER ORDERED .

 

I SPENT 4 HOURS DEALING TO GET THE 1571 I GIVING UP AND ASK FOR DEAD LOCK LETTER ASAP 

 

AND ASKED FOR IT IN POST .

 

SO ANY MODS NO PRIVATE CHAT .

 

 

JUST ORDER A FREE SERVICE AND U GET NO FREE SERVICE .

    It's worth mentioning that some call features are only available on traditional landline service, so if you have had the switchover to 21st Century Voice / Voice over IP where your landline operates via the hub, we won't be able to extend the number of rings for you.     From your post it sounds like you have already been in touch with the team who have offered support with any complaint, and discussed the issuing of a deadlock letter.       1571 service comes on my phone line.. so service is online. But only working to hear the service.

       

      If line in use U ring the line just engaged. No please leave message just signal phone in use.

       

      I now come up with the because I got router phone the service don't work

       

      I ring 1571 there is a service on phone not for incoming calls

       

      150 as drove me nuts with hours of promises for nothink just mad at the service of 150 yet again 

       

      Been scammed again .

      As they now want £2 25  for a free service...

        Just to clarify, are you saying since your request to extend landline rings, your free voicemail no longer works? Or is it Voicemail Plus that you are after which will have an additional cost? Can you confirm if you still need to extend the landline rings? We want to do our best to understand and to help.

    b4 i ordered the 1571 i rang 1571 there was message record own message name say ...

    recorded jason ..    so this was just an info 1571 as i tryed on mobile my number when my home phone was in use so no voice from mobile leave a message ..

     

    so i rang 150 to switch the service on the 1571.. 

     

    THEY ORDERED THE SERVICE FOR FREE WITH 12 RINGS DELAY .

    BUT ALL THEY ORDERED WAS 12 RINGS DELAY 

    AND CONFUSED THE 1571 FREE SERVICE WAS NOT SEND TO TECKS FOR SWITCH ON FOR FULL SERVICE  AS IS IN DEMO MODE ON LAND LINE . AND WAS CONFUSED WHY 12 RINGS DELAY WAS ORDERED WHEN THERE WAS NO 1571 SERVICE SET UP ON MY HOME PHONE .

    THEY ORDERED BUT THE NICE 150 NEVER ORDERED THE SERVICE JUST KEEPING ME 30+ MINUTES ON EVERY CALL .

    SO HIGHLIGHT THE 1571 ON HOME PHONE IS IN DEMO MODE AND IS IN SAMPLE MODE SO THE subscription TO 1571 FREE SERVICE AS NOT BEEN ON MY CONTACT IS IN DEMO MODE ONLY .

    NO subscription TO 1571 150 AS NEVER ORDERED ME THE SERVICE .

     

    THEY WANT ME TO PAY £2.25 FOR A FREE SERVICE .

     

    NO subscription  IN 100% DEMO MODE ..... RING AND NO ANSWER PHONE NO ORDER NO SERVICE TO THE 1571

    after a 1,000,000 stress moments .
    son as bright saying ring 151 .

    i rang the 151 looked on my account and there was not an order for 151 .

    the rep said i can order and take 24 hours to turn on ur router line .

    i got an email  to verifty what he said but was on phone to 151 for 59 minutes for rep to order the 1571 free for me .

     

    checked email and is an order for the 1571 service on there .

    so why i get 5+ hours of stress of 150 line .

    and stressed on here as it wont work on digital line.

    but the order will be live tomorrow but the complaint of customer unhappy with 150 team still stands

     

    happy to take my month fee for net/phone/tv and o2 volt and order a free service get 5+ hours of stress .
