Watching Virgin TV go abroad

Will I need a VPN to watch Virgin TV Go abroad?

    TVGo is only available in the UK. The EU roaming with TVGo stopped at midnight on the 31st of December 2020 however you are still able to download content to watch. 

    You might be able to circumvent the restriction by using a VPN, but it's not guaranteed.

      Thanks, I have watched Sky and terrestrial channels many times abroad, using Norton, NORDVP,N, or Express VPN. In fact the only UK based product I have not been able to fool is the National Lottery!

      Am off to Greece in a week's time, so I will give it a try.

    The only way possible is to run a VPN server on your own router.

      I have got BBC and ITV working. Can live with that

        Works fine for me from Spain and the US.
