Virgin TVGO not working

Hi

My virgin tv go app does not play any content, there's no guide and no live tv content displayed on all three of my registered devices. I get the "oops - something has gone wrong, please try later." 

Have tried reinstalling app, restarting device etc. Had this problem for a few weeks now. Please help

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with your TVGo. We can understand the inconvenience caused and we want to best help. Just to confirm, is this an issue solely with the app? Do you get the same issue when logging in here? Do you get this issue on multiple devices?

  • No problems logging in. Just not able to watch anything via the app on all registered devices i.e. macbook, ipad and phone.

      Hi abfazil, thank you for your response.

      Just to clarify though, after signing in via a browser here, are you getting the exact same issue when trying to play content or not?

      Also, have you tried all the suggestions provided in this thread here?
