Virgin TVGO issues since moving house

I moved house in July and have had issues logging into my account online ever since, however the app seems to work. The TVGO app also does not work and says no channels available. Despite been told this will be resolved in 24 hours it is still yet to be resolved despite numerous calls and messages telling me that it will be resolved. Any got any ideas?

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your TV GO app.

    Have you created a Virgin Media O2 ID since you moved house?
