Some programs have permissions set by the broadcaster which don't allow them to be played on certain devices or in certain geographical regions.

Does this occur on all programs or just certain ones.  If not all programs then please give program and episode examples to see if this can be replicated.

Do you get the same message using VM broadband and using a sim connection?

Are you still in the UK, or are you abroad?

Are you using a VPN?  Doing so can alter your location and prevent programs being played so turn off yuor VPN. (Some VPN's are actual programs and others are browser extensions)

Go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and confirm that it shows your location is within the UK.
