Thanks for posting on the forums in regards to the TV Go issues experienced with watching your recordings, we understand the concern and confusion and would like to welcome you to the forum.
Can you confirm if this is specific recordings or content you get this issue with or is it all recordings? Depending on if it is a recording of Live TV or copyright content it may show an error.

Kevtucknott1982 - can you confirm that your TV360 & tablet/phone both share the same IP subnet in your router? The 192.168.0/100 bit must be the same - only the final block differs.
