Virgin tv go. Issues. Nothing changes.

Virgin tv go does not work. Have tried numerous times on 2 different iPhones that have the updates required.  Also an iPad. Updated. All we can get is opps , this service is not available right now , try in a few minutes . This achieved nothing but wasted time . We have signed up to Virgin media a few times over the years and this problem seems to never get solved .  I will re consider once the contract is up going elsewhere .

    Hi Matesse thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

    Usually, when there are app-specific issues this can be due to the type of software the app is on or the device itself.

    Can you confirm please if your phone is updated on the latest Operating System (you do appear to have done so in this message but best to check) and also what version the app is?
