Virgin TV Go doesn't work for me

Virgin TV Go doesn't work on my Macbook.  When I try to watch anything it just comes up with a message saying: Sorry - we can't play this at the moment.  It seems to work OK on my iphone but I'd prefer to watch on my Macbook as the iphone screen is too small.  It worked OK for years but has had this problem for a few weeks.  Grateful for advice to resolve the issue.

    Update - I can get it to work using Safari as the browser but it still doesn't work using Google Chrome (which is the browser I normally use)
