hello just wounding if anyone can help my virgin TV go app on my PC was working now its saying cant play at this moment for weeks now

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies for the issues you are having with the TVGO app, I am afraid that the app is no longer available for PC/Laptop, we are now advising customer to view through the web browser. Have you been able to check that you can view content via a web browser?
