here please..... can you reset my devices ? Also, how do we stop this happening in future ? I have not cleared my cache etc as someone originally responded.... thanks

Hi All,
We just wanted to update you to let you know that this issue is now resolved. Now that a fix has been implemented it may ask you to register your device one last time, however moving forward you should not be asked to register this again.
If you do experience any further issues, please let us know.

I'm sorry but I'm still getting the "replace device", and now get "maximum of devices reached" thus unable to use the app until 1st May. Can you please assist with this issue?

Resolved for everyone?
I'm using the android version of the TV go app, and it's seems every time I use the app I need to register my device. Even though it's already registered.
4th of August and already maxed out my device changes while only using one device 🙄🙄

Are you clearing your apps cache, when you close the application down?

I have 2 email accounts with Virgin, I asked for one of them to be my main account, as trying to sign into TVGO it kept saying cannot sign in with sub accounts. Your customer services confirmed this was done after a long and tedious phone call ( I was cut off in the end btw )
I still can access on my iPad! It would be easier flying to Mars!
