I have the same problem all devices used up and now have to wait until 26th november !!

Reset rese reset reset that's all we get and its still an issue on both app and desktop you can only watch virgin tv go 5 times then its maxed out its pathetic

Hi, I have a Samsung S23 Ultra and it keeps asking me to register my device. I register it and it works but when I close the app and reopen it and try to view live TV it askes me to register the same phone again. As a result I have now used all my replace options and the same phone is registered 3 times on different slots. What is going on Virgin?? Could someone please help me with sorting this. Thanks

This issue is happening to me as well. Every time I use my laptop I have to re-register it even though I use the same browser, don’t clear cookies, etc. So now I have used all my device slot changes for this month. Can you please reset this so I can register my device again? Also why would this continue to happen?
