Virgin Media Go saying 0/0 devices registered?

I have 3 devices registered on Virgin Media Go. This afternoon all stopped with an error message that I have the maximum number of devices. I logged onto Virgin Media Go on my Mac and in settings it said I have 0/0 devices registered?

Is this a temporary blip or has something happened to my account? One iPad is being used by a bed bound elderly parent and its his lifeline and so fixing this issue is really important.

    We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with TV GO.

    How have things been since Sunday? Are you still unable to access TV GO?

  • Also having the same issue, diagnostics show a problem with android and put you down a speed test route which isnt the issue, looks like virgin have some sort of fault but trying to book a fault ticket with this company is near impossible these days

  • I'm getting the same issue this evening. I presume its a problem at Virgin's end as I've not changed anything.
