Virgin Go App keeps registering same device

Hi,

Can someone at Virgin please amend the registered devices on my account. When using the app on my laptop you keep registering the laptop as a new device and now i cant change use it as you say i have maxed out and cant make anymore changes this month.

  • I have the same problem. Every time I try to watch something I get this! It’s the same PC but now I’m locked out. This really needs sorting out.

    We're sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with our TV Go services, with the same device being registered each time you log in.
