Unable to watch sky sports

Hi I cannot find how I ask a question on the community boards ? I pay for sky sports & have always been able to watch this on my iPad, the login via virgin media is no longer showing on the sky sports app ? It will no longer allow viewing the sky sports channels. I’ve deleted & re downloaded the app but it’s still the same.
