Unable to watch Sky Sports

I pay for the top package, Sky Sports TNT, the lot.

I’m away from home and want to watch football, it won’t let me log in to Sky Sports on the app, it doesn’t recognise my log in details and despite asking for an email to reset my details I never receive one.

CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ONE REASON WHY I SHOULD CONTINUE TO STAY WITH VIRGIN MEDIA?

    Thanks for your post.

    It sounds like you might be signing in through the normal Sky Sports log in portal rather than the Virgin Media one, have you tried signing in through this bit?

    If you are and you're still having issues, have you tried checking your spam and junk folders to see if the password reset emails are coming through there?
