Unable to login to TV-Go

Question

I have successfully created a new consolidated login for VM and O2. Also I have successfully logged in to "My Virgin Media" and to "My O2".I cannot login to TVGo get this screen:

So I then request an email and get this screen:

After 10 minutes I have not received any email, it never ever arrives, I get this screen:

Trying to post screen to the previous post just ignore it, no error message. &nbsp;Added to this one ok!

Are you logging in with the new email / account you have just linked together?
Have you gone over the device limit at all?
Have you checked your junk / spam inbox?
What errors are you getting sorry, we cannot see the photo you've tried to attach?
