Unable to Login to TV Go App

Hi,

I have tried to login to the TV Go App from two different Android devices and keep getting an errors saying "Service not available" for the past two months.

I have also tried using the browser to login to https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com on both those devices as well as on a computer and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to solve this?
