Unable to Login to TV Go App

Hi,

I have tried to login to the TV Go App from two different Android devices and keep getting an errors saying "Service not available" for the past two months.

I have also tried using the browser to login to https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com on both those devices as well as on a computer and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Thanks for your response. The answer to both your questions is yes. VM account got sorted in November.

    I use the same ID to access both VM and O2 accounts.
