TVgo app wont connect to box
My TVgo app wont connect to my virgin box.
The smart card ID and the CA ID on my box are different, I expect this is because I got a new box when I moved house.
How can I get them set the same so that I can set recordings from using the app?
Yes, my box is connected to the internet!
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on various devices but the result is the same.
