TV Go

Help , no matter what I do I can't sign into TV Go. Using a new Samsung tablet 

I don't get chance to enter a passkey, but says I've used the wrong one.

Go in circles with emailed links etc, uninstalled, emptied cache, renewed anything can think of.

Confirmed o2 virgin ID linked it 

Anyone able to help?
